Fascinating way to cook rice! I've never seen it done that way! Also, great idea with the sidewalk videos! I'm trying to learn how to cook Thai food, but the problem is (amongst other things) that you don't really get a good idea of what you should be doing. This is a great help and I will be back to watch the rest of the videos! And it's a great marketing idea, as far as having the items used by Thai street vendors available for sale. Kudos!
