This is a unique, natural fish product from premium quality Suree brand. Fish powder with chili can be eaten as a snack or added to a lot of different types of dishes. It's very good sprinkled over a salad. We also suggest this product mixed with fish sauce & lime juice then serving with steamed jasmine rice. Also goes well with namya curry or added to Thai vegetable soup (kaeng liang). One jar goes a long way (the jar is quite large), as this is dried fish so it takes a lot to fill up an 8 oz jar.
