Sukiyaki Sauce, Lao-style, 7 oz
Thais love Sukiyaki and it's served all over the country in various Sukiyaki chain restaurants. This is a Lao-inspired sukiyaki sauce, and it's very delicious. New stock 2011 pack, just arrived a few weeks ago.
Start with boiling water then add meat and vegetables of your choice, then ladle into a smaller bowl where you can add a desired amount of spicy sukiyaki sauce to your individual serving. We started with napa cabbage, bokchoy, scallions, cilantro, lime wedge, seasonal fresh mushrooms, snap peas, tofu, bean sprouts, chicken, shrimp and a small amount of bean thread noodles (see pictures below). Spoon the desired amount of sukiyaki sauce into the individual serving, and enjoy!
Ingredients: chilli, garlic, peanut, sesame seeds, shallot, fermented soy bean curd, soya bean oil, palm sugar, salt, lime juice. No preservatives. Packed in well-known Por Kwan brand, 7 oz glass jar. Product of Thailand.
